We sometimes have trouble buying houses that are already listed with an agent – when we pay cash for these particular homes. It creates such a headache, and is such a long and drawn out process for everyone involved. But if your home is already listed with an agent…you are still welcome to contact us of course. But we prefer to buy directly from a homeowner, as it’s such a fast / clean / and easy process. And note we even use the same TREC / State of Texas paperwork that agents use, and of course close at a local title company. The big difference is we are paying cash & it’s fast fast fast. And you save on commissions & fees.
